Total Land Surveying was founded on a simple principle: clients deserve to work directly with the licensed professionals performing their field work and quality assurance. Instead of the large-firm model with layers of account managers and handoffs, we deliver principal-led service.

Meet the Principal

Patricia Yin, PE, PLS

Principal

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. She is licensed as both a Professional Engineer and a Professional Land Surveyor in Nevada and California.

Before founding Total Land Surveying she designed roadway and bridge projects for the Georgia Department of Transportation, managed land surveying for natural gas pipeline construction and repair as a project manager, prepared parcel maps, subdivision maps, lot line adjustments and ALTA surveys as a project engineer, and most recently served as Director of Surveying at a Las Vegas engineering firm, where she led survey work on resort, hospitality and master-planned projects across the valley. She also serves as a judge for UNLV's Fred and Harriet Cox Senior Design Competition.

Every TLS deliverable is reviewed and signed by Patricia.
